Framework Agreement
By accessing SouthernNodeResearch.digital, you enter into a binding agreement with Southern Node Research (referred to as "the Lab", "we", or "us"). These terms govern your interaction with our node research data, technical publications, and systemic analysis tools.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease all use of our systems immediately. Your continued engagement with our infrastructure or data outputs signifies an unequivocal acceptance of these protocols.

Intellectual Integrity & Data Systems
All content found on this portal, including but not limited to node research methodologies, proprietary data system architectures, and analytical software, remains the exclusive property of Southern Node Research.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to view and reference our public research findings for informational purposes. This license does not include:
- 01. Automation or "scraping" of node data without explicit written consent.
- 02. Redistribution of research papers as your own intellectual output.
- 03. Reverse engineering of our distributed system simulation models.

User Conduct
You agree not to disrupt the functionality of our node research servers. Any attempt to exploit vulnerabilities in our data systems will result in an immediate permanent ban from all Southern Node Research digital properties and potential legal action.
Accuracy of Information
While our lab strives for absolute precision in node data analysis, all research is provided "as is." Southern Node Research does not guarantee that the findings will be error-free or applicable to every distributed environment. Users apply our research at their own discretion and risk.
External Dependencies
Our systems may link to third-party technical documentation or external validation nodes. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Southern Node Research, its directors, or its analysts be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our portal or research data.
This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data corruption, or operational downtime in your own systems that you attribute to node research provided on this site.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sydney.
Policy Revisions
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced on our status board or via our primary research feed. Your continued use of the site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
